The Hive & Hearthstone is a small local Apiary and Artisan Wood-fired Breadery. We offer honey from our own hives, creamed honey (in a variety of fabulous flavours!) and hand crafted local products. Starting August 5th, 2023 the long awaited artisan wood-fired breads will be available for purchase every Saturday. Wood-fired baking adds a unique sensory journey for your taste buds. The wood-fired artisan breads are made on site, sweetened with honey from our own Sugar Fairies (when sweetening is required of course). We also use hard red wheat berries and rye berries delivered from our neighbors at Hough Acre Farms just a Km. away. Did we mention that those wheat berries are milled fresh right here? It doesn't get any more fresh, local and yummier than that!!!
